I never had service like this before, George greeted me at the door and opened it for me due to my walker. I came in for a basic oil change and George listened to me about my car and suggested that I utilized the coupon for a maintenance package which was huge savings to me. WHAT A GREAT value. These guys were great! We had a flat tire and they helped us get back on the road in no time! They clearly explained our options and we felt very comfortable with the work that they did for us. Mike and George were both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Friendliest guy in town, George was honest. I had purchased tires from Vans in the Akron are last year and got a flat while in Parma. I went to Vans Parma and George and his crew got me back on the road and to my surprise George told me that there was no charge for the new tire. He found that I had Road Hazard coverage from the store in Akron. WHAT A SURPRIZE and thank you for your honesty. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
