Wow is all I can say, my grand daughter and I were on the road driving and my grand daughter said something was wrong , the brake pedal started going to the floor. So we pulled into the Vans in Parma and George came out to help me. What a pleasant guy to have helping us. He was very concerned when he checked the car out. Come to find out the brake line broke and they were able to get us in and fixed the same day. He also found that we needed tires and he had them on too in the same day.... Thank you George, Mike and Team you are the best and I will recommend you to everyone...

They always seem to be busy, but they were able to get me on the schedule in a few days. They had the AC problem diagnosed & a quote to me within about 40 minutes of dropping it off. Two & a half hours later, I got the call that it was ready. Pretty good turn around for having to replace a compressor. They may not be the lowest price in town, but the repairs were completed & the vehicle was ready for pickup within 3 1/2 hours after drop off.
