Being a female I get anxiety needing to get vehicle repairs and maintenance done. Chris was great at making me feel comfortable and reassured my vehicle was in good hands. Over the phone prior to arrival, Chris gave me a best and worse case scenario quote for repairing my alternator, without the salesman gossip that I’ve experienced in the past elsewhere. I’m happy Van’s auto is so close because my vehicle barely rolled in the drive and they took care of it from there! Great customer service, great experience and I got to save money due to the best case scenario and I got to use a coupon!

I called earlier in the week to make an appointment for my exhaust to be looked at, and Chris took the phone call with so much enthusiasm and got me in there. His work ethic and honesty just furthered my appreciated for this location, even in the absence of George. The work was preformed in a very timely fashion and priced very well. Chris exercised the most patience with me in answering all of my questions and I was blown away again with the service that I received on Day Drive. Thank you Chris for stepping in and providing an umbrella of comfort for me. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
