I needed a wheel alignment and they did a great job. They also have very comfortable waiting room chairs and they are nice people.

Josh and Lisa fixed the noise issue and went above and beyond. Josh even took a test drive with me to ensure the noise was gone. Highly recommend Wooster location!

Super customer service! After a long trip, my oil was at 0% and they squeezed me in the day I stopped in after the mechanic verified it was very necessary.

I had a very refreshing 1st visit with Vans yesterday when I took my car in for an alignment . Mark and Jeff are super enthusiastic and I was blown away . Another employee entered the front office while I was being welcomed and he had a big beaming “ good morning “ for me . This is a great store . Don’t waste your time going anywhere else !!
