Hugh, the Service manager was super nice. He was attentive as to my maintenance needs providing great
service with competitive rates. I would 100% recommend the Sheffield location.

First a bit of context here… former ASC certified auto technician and ASC certified auto collision technician. Race car fabricator and General Motörhead from the sixties. The only thing I barely want to do now is wash my car. I discovered VANS while shopping for tires 10 years ago… I Don’t even dream of trusting anyone else with my car. Period, end of story. Professional, efficient, pleasant, they look you in the eye , patient to listen to your needs. Enthusiastic, and a breath of fresh air today. Plus the most important thing is that I TRUST THEM. They bend over backwards to make sure that everything is perfect… I know how hard it is today to get by, they always have had the absolute best prices and service..For me at this stage they make whatever I need done to my car, Not a worry. Having to cut loose with money and have it deal with getting Your car repaired. Sincerely, look no further than VANS.

I have a Rubbermaid yard cart I could not get the nuts to loosen to get the old rubber tires off. Called and was told to come on by. Not only didn't they get the old tires off, they put on the new ones I had bought and took my old tires to recycle!
All for free! You guys rock! PS. The chairs are super comfy!

My daughter hit something in the road and they confirmed that the side wall was damaged. They replaced my tire immediately. I always have excellent service at this location. All of the staff is very courteous and make me feel like a valuable customer.
