The Waterloo location made arrangements immediately upon my arrival to get me back on the road! They understood the urgency to get me back to work and the service group was friendly. They offered me "in store" WiFi so I could work while my vehicle was attended to, which was very useful to keep me efficient. The service was quick without any hiccups. My overall experience was great! Definitely a five star rating!

Fast and friendly service. Was in and out in about an hour for 4 tires, alignment, and tire sensor replacement. They haven’t tried to sell service I don’t need, and they have decent coffee. Win!

I always trust Van’s with my vehicle. They are honest and transparent throughout the whole process, and always explain everything to me so I can make a fully informed decision. Super friendly and understanding team members. Would highly recommend choosing Van’s!

A very relaxed atmosphere able to approach anyone to ask a question very friendly very knowledgeable was able to get my car in right then fix the issue and I would recommend them. I’ve been there before and they are very helpful and kind and respectful.
