Many thanks to James Conklin who helped me out of a large jam last Tuesday.. I apparently hit something that slashed a tire on my car. The tire model was discontinued and I was unable to change tire to put on the donut spare. He ordered the replacement model tire after having a technician put on the spare. The replacement arrived the next day, he called me a they had the replacement on my car and I was out the door in just a little over an hour. James should be commended for customer service "above and beyond" normal expectations.. Thanks again, James...and the technician whose name I didn't get.

I was pleased with the prompt friendly service as I had stopped by to find out why my check tire light would keep coming on as I had discovered the previous week one tire was down to 19 pounds pressure. Van's was not able to find the cause of the light continuing to come on even after servicing it. A problem with the tire was not found. I was advised to keep an eye on the situation and if I continued to have a problem to return. It appears I may need to check into the functioning of the display panel more. Time will tell.

Excellent service, the young lady working on my car was exceptional and everybody was so friendly.

Only place I go for alignments

The gang at Vans did it again. I had issues with the tire pressure on my Tahoe. They took me as a walk in even though they were busy. Dustin and Mike are awesome and have great customer service. Highly recommend them!
