Quick and professional service from kind staff. Dave took great care of us from drop off to pick up. Great pricing/coupon/offers and lots of useful additional services available. The lobby was clean and inviting. Chairs were comfortable and there’s some nice snacks/coffee available. Only thing to note is that if you pay with a credit card, there is a small service fee, so keep that in mind if that matters to you. We will be going here for all our car maintenance needs from now on.

Tried Conrad’s Saturday because vans was closed and they failed, I went to Vans because they’re always awesome and they found the tire leak right away and got me back on the road. Always awesome and always done right!

They were very quick, kind, and efficient. I truly appreciate them staying after close to help me when I was in a bind. Thank you so much for being so generous and saving the day. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

Hugh, the Service manager was super nice. He was attentive as to my maintenance needs providing great service with competitive rates. I would 100% recommend the Sheffield location.
