Huge thank you to the entire team at Van’s Tire Pros! I originally had tires delivered there for installation along with an alignment and oil change. During the courtesy vehicle inspection, the team discovered that my upper ball joints were dangerously loose — to the point they could have potentially failed completely. Catching something that serious before it became a major safety issue says everything about the quality and thoroughness of their work. Dillon went above and beyond by finding quality upper control arms for my truck at a very reasonable price, and the store manager Dave made sure everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The shop’s Lead Diagnostic Specialist and Master Technician, Dave Z, also made sure I was taken care of and continues to set an incredible example for the entire team with his knowledge, professionalism, and leadership. To top it all off, Dillon made sure I was accommodated with a very nice loaner vehicle while repairs were being completed. Big thanks as well to Dustin, Caden, Reese, and the entire crew for the excellent customer service and workmanship. Very friendly and helpful employees. I stopped to get a price on tires, the price was good, I also stopped another place before to compare prices. There price was a bit lower for a decent tire. I decided to get my tires same day with them because they were honest,and took the time with me, and not trying to pressure me into anything. They were efficient in the time it took to do the work.

They were able to get my car in, within 15 min of me calling and had it done in less than an hour. The pricing was reasonable and they did not up charge me at all. They were friendly and informative

The guys at the Wadsworth location did an excellent job installing my tires. Quick turn around time and Dennis is the best at explaining what needs to be done. No sales pressure which is what I liked the most. They even made my day and put some carnations in my cars. Nice surprise. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.
