The guys at the Wadsworth location did an excellent job installing my tires. Quick turn around time and Dennis is the best at explaining what needs to be done. No sales pressure which is what I liked the most. They even made my day and put some carnations in my cars. Nice surprise.
Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

We drove around to 3 different places to get our tire looked at. Vans was our saving grace, as no one else could get us in or bothered to try. They didn’t hesitate to help us even when they were obviously busy! They even let our dog sit in the waiting area and gave her lots of love and treats! Thank you Vans for your professionalism, kindness and great service! Every person that works there was friendly and welcoming! We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!!!

I absolutely love the Vans Tire in Wooster OH. Lisa is so very polite and helpful. They always exceed my expectations as they go above and beyond servicing your vehicle. I also really like the report card with the pics they send you on your vehicle. You know your vehicle is in good hands and they seem to care! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I live in Mansfield but will continue to take my car to Vans Tire in Wooster. They are the best!!

Van's continues to exceed in excellence from the initial call until service is complete. They are patient, thorough, trustworthy, expeditious, and wonderfully personable where all communication is involved from office staff to their techs. My family remains appreciative and grateful to have their shop so near!

I had a scheduled oil change, tire rotation & wiper blades. Waited in the lobby & was approached by a tech . He explained to me that my struts were going bad & was concerned about driving my car safely. He showed me pictures of the damage . He said the work could be done the same day. I approved the two . I was given a loaner, went home and later I returned to a completed work done! I appreciated the concern about my safety & I would definitely recommend the service at Vans Tire in Norwalk. Thanks for taking care of my needed repairs to my car!
