Jason from the Mansfield store went out of his way to help us. Our RV had a tire go flat and our jack broke. He was working on a plan to get us a jack as we were stranded on the highway and AAA was not being cooperative. At that stage he was able to find tires for us at Medina. We limped our way to the Medina shop where Brandon and Mark went out of their way also to get us taken care of and back on our trip. The cooperation between stores and the kindness that was shown to us was superior. We would highly recommend them.

Always impressed with Vans. Had an oil change and rotation done before an 800 mile road trip. Maggie suggested an upgrade for the ROADTRIP PACKAGE, which included new cabin air filter & wiper blades in addition to my requested services. It was on special and a good value. Happy we did this. We used the AC the whole time and cabin air was clean. And coming home ran into several thundershowers and the wipers were beautiful, no squeaks or streaks. Thanks Vans for a great road trip.
