Every single time quality service. They don't to to sell stuff I don't need. Great to have a honest mechanic.

An absolutely amazing experience. I picked up a leak in my tire on the way home from work. I called to schedule an appointment the next day. By the time I got home, my tire was almost flat. I put air in my tire and drove to Vans even though it was closed, figuring I could drop my car off and save needing a tow in the morning. Despite being closed, Josh, the manager, invited me in, got my car set up for the next day, and waited with me in the air conditioning (it was 100 degrees) until my ride came. He even offered to give me a ride home. Needless to say, this was the best customer service experience I have had anywhere. The tire was repaired the next morning before it was even scheduled to be done. They did all of this for a $20 repair. They have gained a customer for life as far as I’m concerned.
