Got a new set of tires yesterday. The two guys working there were friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends!!

It’s very intimidating when you pull in in the parking lot is so full as it is but they get you in and out and they’re very very professional they do what you ask them to do and if it doesn’t need to be done they don’t do it very professional and have a customer for life

I have been coming to Van’s since before it was Van’s. The staff here always makes me feel comfortable and I never feel like they are overcharging me or doing more to my car than needed. I have been living in Columbus since 2011 and whenever I have something big to fix, I drive up to Medina to see these guys. Joel always answers the phone and remembers me even if it has been years. Honest, kind and reliable people!

I needed a valve stem replacement . I was having a bad morning due to a broken brake line and they not only fixed my tire fast but did it for no charge . Awrsome place . Thry will get my business from now on !
