Hands down the absolute best place for service. As a female who knows nothing about cars, I have been ripped off countless times by other shops. At Vans, I can actually trust that the employees have my best interest at heart and aren’t just trying to get an extra dime out of me. Their prices are unbeatable and the employees are extremely nice. They even reattached my heat shield that was hanging under my car for NO charge on my last visit - now that is service! If I had taken my car to another shop or the dealership, I’m sure they would’ve “found” another 5 issues with my vehicle and tried to rip me off. I will ALWAYS be a loyal customer and recommend the North Ridgeville Vans to others!
