Very pleasant and helpful staff. Like the electronic auto report they send showing what all needs done. Had an appt and they were able to fix my brakes the same day and even provided me a coupon bc I couldn't find the ones I got in the mail!

Very friendly & helpful staff. They even gave me a ride home and back when I decided to have some additional work done on my Acura MDX. The car runs great and feels smooth. Highly recommend!! Thanks

I've come to Van's multiple times for my oil change. They do a great job. They're efficient, friendly and have reasonable prices. Mike is a big help giving me tips on how I can to easy maintenance on my own.

This was my first visit and I was very happy with the service I received. Tony was knowledgeable and professional, and my car was repaired quickly and without the “run around” I have received at other places. I have found my new maintenance and repair shop!

I had to get a new tire today due to a flat Pete Dunlap ordered me a new tire and called me within a couple of hours and installed my tire I received excellent service and I appreciate that thank you

This was the first time dealing with them and I am so glad I drove from Wooster to Wadsworth for my tire install. I could not believe how well they serviced my truck, and went above and beyond a simple tire install, and gave me a full inspection at no extra cost! Truly professional people and treated me very good!
