We had a nail in a tire. They scheduled an appointment for us right away. They started on our car right on time and it was done quickly. Everyone was friendly, efficient and courteous. We noticed that they treated everyone that way even going out of their way assist everyone who came in. Would highly recommend them and would come back.

2nd time using Vans. The first experience was with tires for my wife’s Durango and I always am nervous about her getting sold a bill of goods. Not so, they gave fair pricing, honored a scheduled appointment time, delivered exactly what was expected and followed through on their in house warranty. 2nd time was on a specialty wheel/tire that 2 other tire shops couldn’t repair. The staff at Van’s did the repair in minutes and we extremely happy to help. If your like me and value customer service, don’t waste your time anywhere else. They make you feel like a customer, so hard to find in the post Covid era.
