I received a coupon so I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The coupon was for a free oil change, but I get synthetic in my vehicles. Like other shops, I assumed I would at least be upcharged since it was more than just a basic change. To my surprise, the coupon did cover synthetic oil, so I paid nothing and it was legitimately free! And the topper was that they fixed a slow leak in one of my tires for no addition charge.
All of this on top of the quick and friendly service (even without a coupon). That’s some great customer retention! Highly recommend this location.
