My alternator went out, they took car of it pronto, and got a special factory part for me, and did it all in a day.

Excellent, reliable, and professional service. They actually came to my location, jump started my vehicle, and then evaluated the vehicle in their garage, explained the problem and provided a solution. Highly recommend!

Hats off the to Manager George, Chris, and the rest of the Van's Team in Parma! While driving home last Thursday during a torrential downpour, my right front tire was flattened after striking an unseen pothole. Had the car towed the next day to Van's where I'd purchased 4 new tires back in December. Despite a busy schedule, hey squeezed me in right away and got me back on the road with a new tire which was covered by Van's road hazard protection plan. I was IN and OUT before I could finish a cup of coffee! Outstanding customer service from friendly people at Van's.
