On time for appointment and fast dependable service

Excellent Service

These guys are the best! Always get my oil change here and so does my husband! We love them! Recently had to get my son to Florida and his tire was flat! They got us in first thing in the morning and took care of the problem and my son too! Mike and his crew are polite, thoughtful, and willing to help their customers with anything! I would definitely say they are a five star shop and would recommend their services to anyone! Great staff and company!

I stopped by yesterday to find out myoptions for addressing a flat tire. The lady at the counter wasfriendly and knowledgeable as she outlined what actions could betaken so close to end of day. A quick check of the flat tire revealedthat the puncture was in a place that would be unsafe to patch andgo. I asked about the availability of 4 tires for my vehicle and wasdelighted to hear that there were 3 different options in stock. Thelady at the counter explained that I could drop my car off in themorning, be taken to work in town while the work was completed, andbe picked up after work to be returned to the shop. Outstanding! Ipaid the bill after work and was notified that an inspection hadflagged a need for an air filter in the near future. An estimate wasprovided for the filter replacement. I appreciate the excellentservice, the welcoming attitude of the employees, and the attention to details. I found the pricing to be veryreasonable.I was pleasantly surprised to learn of the tire rotation and tire balance services that came with the tires, as well as the options for oil changes.

Had a oil change/tire rotation at the new Parma store. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will use their service again for my card needs.
