We were in Medina from out of town on a Saturday afternoon with a piece of metal in our tire. The tire was completely flat. Van's tire quickly assessed my tire to see if it could be repaired and less than 30 minutes later we were on our way. The service leaders were so friendly and personable. Thanks for making it a great experience.

Never had a bad experience here. They usually run great deals and prices are decent. All the employees I’ve ever dealt have been great.

Service was prompt and courteous. My snow tires (that were switched with my regular "passenger" tires, were placed neatly in the rear of my van. The service advisor (I forgot to ask his name) was polite and helpful. He asked me about completing this survey at the time, but my cell phone wouldn't accept the application, so I'm completing it now. My wife and I have used this Van's service center before and we've been pleased with the service and personnel.
