Thanks to all the nice folks at the Medina Rd store for not only taking care of my initial problem, but also pointing out the other needs that I did not spot. As always, they keep you informed of your car's progress and deliver as promised.

The service at this shop was nothing less than outstanding. We broke down on our way home. After checking with 2 other shops that could not take us in for at least a week they took us in found the problem and fixed it. Not only did they fix the problem but they made sure that nothing else was wrong. I can’t say outstanding loud enough.

Amazing and fast service that leaves me feeling confident and comfortable driving my vehicle. A few family members take their vehicles to this location in Medina and this shop is always honest and so knowledgeable there's no other place we'd go!
