I didnt know what to do this morning, but Matt kept me calm and got the tires for me so that i would be safe on the road. Not only that, he did my rebates for me right there on his computer for me and made sure i understood the mail in rebate for the Vans rebate. i appreciate his rofessionalism and thoughtfulness. Great Job!

We were in Medina from out of town on a Saturday afternoon
with a piece of metal in our tire.
The tire was completely flat.
Van's tire quickly assessed my tire to see if it could be repaired and less than 30 minutes later we were on our way. The service leaders were so friendly and personable. Thanks for making it a great experience.
