walked in at 5:35 for a tire replacement walked out with a new tire 10 min later. That is service!

They stand behind their tires, had a blowout on the highway and Van’s had a new tire on my car within 24 hours. Their warranty program works.

Van's gave me fast and professional service. They gave me updates throughout my vehicles repair both written and with pictures. I felt confident when I picked my vehicle up that my problems were corrected.
