They always seem to be busy, but they were able to get me on the schedule in a few days. They had the AC problem diagnosed & a quote to me within about 40 minutes of dropping it off. Two & a half hours later, I got the call that it was ready. Pretty good turn around for having to replace a compressor. They may not be the lowest price in town, but the repairs were completed & the vehicle was ready for pickup within 3 1/2 hours after drop off.
