Mike, the person behind the counter, made me feel welcome, and he seemed to genuinely care about my car problem. I plan on bringing all my business to Vans of Norwalk from now on. Give that man a raise.

This location always takes good care of me and my car. Tony and Joel are excellent communicators and kept me in the loop every step of the way while my car was serviced. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to their high standards.

Got me in same day for a flat repair when no one else would, greatly appreciate you guys. Taylor at the desk was very friendly and accommodating to taking care of the tire right away for me.

Van's is a great place! The staff is friendly and accommodating. I go to Van's for most of my car needs. I always leave a happy customer.

Blew 2 tires out on the freeway, I called Van's and Mike Spitale helped me with all my needs! got me back on the road, it was late in the day too!
