Friendliest guy in town, George was honest. I had purchased tires from Vans in the Akron are last year and got a flat while in Parma. I went to Vans Parma and George and his crew got me back on the road and to my surprise George told me that there was no charge for the new tire. He found that I had Road Hazard coverage from the store in Akron. WHAT A SURPRIZE and thank you for your honesty. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I arrived at the shop around 5:30p with a flat tire. Although they were finishing up for the day, they were able to get my tire fixed before they closed. Helped me out big time. Thanks.

Great Service absolutely outstanding customer service George and Mike took great care of me with my car needs, they even gave me a ride to and from home while they fixed my car. I will recommend them to everryone.
