Went in for an alignment and bought some new tires. The staff were all respectful, transparent, patient, and straight to the point during every phone call and in-person interaction. They did what they said they would do and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Thank you so much to Matt and the guys in the shop. I needed to be at work at 10am today (saturday) and they got my tires put on and an alignment with plenty of time to get to work. I'm very impressed with his ability to make good on his promise and thankful for all the money i saved. Well done!

My appointment was to put on snow tires. Additional services were recommended which I appreciated and authorized. Unfortunately I did not realize there was a 3% charge for paying was credit card. Since the total bill was about three times the cost of the original service I originally requested, I had to pay for this surcharge since I didn’t bring enough cash or my checkbook. Other than that, the service and experience was great.

I do not recommend this company, I wait 3 days for an oil change, and when I arrive 15 minutes early, for a 9:30 appointment, I’m told I have a 2 hour and 30 minute wait to be seen. Unexceptable! Good bye Vans
