Could not ask for better customer service in this day and age. They know how to treat their customers.

Lisa was very helpful. Went over what was done at the visit. Told me to call next week to make sure all was OK. If any more problems she suggested to make a time to bring car back.

I was able to get in the Medina shop for a emergency tire replacement, last minute, took care of me, excellent service, the guys at the counter are very nice people.
