Jason from the Mansfield store went out of his way to help us. Our RV had a tire go flat and our jack broke. He was working on a plan to get us a jack as we were stranded on the highway and AAA was not being cooperative. At that stage he was able to find tires for us at Medina. We limped our way to the Medina shop where Brandon and Mark went out of their way also to get us taken care of and back on our trip. The cooperation between stores and the kindness that was shown to us was superior. We would highly recommend them.
