They were great from the beginning. Very easy and efficient ordering of new tires along with being very punctual. Dave at the front desk was awesome and really guided me through the process. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

I definitely recommend Van's on East Market Akron. They go above and beyond to give a great experience with their service. They have a great knowledgeable and friendly team. I know I'm in good hands when I need my vehicle worked on or just routine maintenance.
