Got me in last minute to fix a tire, very helpful!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Vans Automotive. After some miscommunication with another tire dealer, I contacted Vans' call center, and from the first second, the customer service was excellent. I scheduled an appointment over the phone to have 4 new tires put on my truck for the following day. Upon arrival, the staff at Vans were pleasant and informative. They kept me updated on the progress via phone and text, including pictures. There were no delays, and my truck was completed on time as discussed, even with additional services like an oil change, filter replacements, and an alignment. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!
