Very pleased! Had a screw in a tire and a grandchild to pick up in 90 minutes. I purchase all my tires at your Medina store. I explained my situation to Jeff and he spoke with a technician and was finished in time to pickup my grandchild. Thank you to Jeff and the technician! Also repair was covered by your tire protection option!
