Being a female I get anxiety needing to get vehicle repairs and maintenance done. Chris was great at making me feel comfortable and reassured my vehicle was in good hands. Over the phone prior to arrival, Chris gave me a best and worse case scenario quote for repairing my alternator, without the salesman gossip that I’ve experienced in the past elsewhere. I’m happy Van’s auto is so close because my vehicle barely rolled in the drive and they took care of it from there! Great customer service, great experience and I got to save money due to the best case scenario and I got to use a coupon!
