A+ work from the time you walk in and talk to the lovely lady at the desk and when you leave. Excellent work and another guy on the phone helping me with my tires was very nice as well. They gained long term business from me. Very Professional and great service like I said well done Van's of Brookpark!!!! (The coupons they sent out brought me there)

Always so pleasant! I came in with a tire issue with no appointment, they had me in and out with a new tire in under an hour!!!!!!!! Blessed to have Van's !

I always have my vehicle serviced at the Vans on East Market. They are always such a pleasure! They are honest and fair and very nice. It's overall a great environment. Mike and John are always welcoming. Tim is usually the mechanic that works on my vehicles and he is amazing! I couldn't recommend this location enough! They will definitely treat you like family!
