Van’s staff were great! They explained everything and didn’t treat me like a clueless old woman. I feel they went above and beyond for me. The work was completed in reasonable time. The out the door price was less than the price quoted due to staff finding some wonderful rebates. I pulled out of Van’s in Wadsworth feeling like I was driving a new car! Thank you to all staff. I appreciate you all

Fantastic service; even if they weren't able to fix my car they gave me a referral and the info I needed to get it done with a specialist

Everyone was friendly and VERY helpful! Manager sent results of review of systems and informed me of condition of car. I was not pressured into repairs! They gave me the information I needed to make a decision . The service was completed in an efficient manner and I am very satisfied! Will recommend to anyone needing tires or their other services!!
And I will return for service appointments as needed. Thank you Van’s for your professionalism and excellent work!

I have been using Vans tire and auto pro since 2019, their service is the best I seen . Everytime i needed a repair they took the time to explain and show me why it was needed and total cost to have done. I have never been steered wrong, either by repair bill, customer service, or wait time, they even have loaners which is great
