I keep coming back, they are quick, efficient, friendly. I do really appreciate the comprehensive vehicle check outs with the photographs, very good communication method that makes me feel very informed.

I use Vans of Parma due to the George the manager running the place. He is transparent and knowledgeable about the cars we drive. He was very honest with me as well as some of the other customers in the showroom. It seems like the Guy knew everyone in the showroom, and he made all of us waiting for cars feel very comfortable. Thank you George we will be back in the future
