I have been coming here since 2017 and I always get good service.

Took my Yukon to Vans on East Market. I’ve been having a vibration issue for a while now. I thought it was the tires not being balanced correctly. They balanced them and it still had a vibration. They figured out the issue was the hoses for the brake fluid was not allowing the fluid to get to the calipers fully causing the calipers to not fully release which caused the rotors to over heat and warp. I have had this vehicle for 3 years and have replaced the rotors and pads at various locations and not one of those mechanics took the time to get to the real root of the problem. I cant express just how grateful I am that Jordan (the store manager) cared enough to hear me and took the time to be sure his master mechanics found the problem and corrected it. I am so glad to finally put this mechanical nightmare behind me and be able to just drive and enjoy my Yukon. This would not be the case without the exceptional experience from the amazing staff at Vans on East Market. Thank you so much !!
