This place is a absolute must for car repairs. They took detailed pictures of my car problem, went over them with me, very comfortable to deal with.

My name is Anne Jessup. My daughter brought her car in to Van's North Ridgeville to have extensive work done. The whole front end was a mess as well as problems with the air conditioning . We received a detailed explanation of everything wrong along with estimated costs. The repairs were not inexpensive but definitely reasonable considering the tremendous amount of work needed. We brought the car in on Tuesday and she was driving to work on Thursday. She said it feels like a brand new car and the relief she feels is insane. All the people my husband dealt with at the shop were extremely professional and very pleasant. It's rare these days to find a business (especially automotive repair) that actually does what they said they'd do AND do a great job. We will definitely continue to use Van's for our cars needs in the future and will be recommending you to friends and family. Thank you again for a great experience, Anne Jessup
