Really great customer service!! Very thorough. I have a difficult time making decisions. The employees at Vans allowed me the time to call and get other tire quotes. Van's does price matching!! I found that they were cheapest and the customer service is very high quality. I struggle with making decisions on expensive purchases. Especially when it comes to my vehicles... I became so scatterminded. I got dropped off and realized I accidentally left my wallet at home. We're in the process of a home remodel so everything is scattered at the moment. Van's employee drove me 1 mile home so I could get my wallet. Van's Tire offers rentals at no charge! FREE RENTALS!! Thank you Van's for great customer service and showing up for your customers when they're mentally struggling with finances. $478 later I have 4 brand new tires!! Thank you!!

I just finished up with my second visit at Van's and it was just as good of an experience as my first. I worked with Jeff and Joel this time and I just can't believe how easy they make this process. I needed several parts replaced on my truck and they were able to get me in right away and kept me updated on the process the entire time. They walk you through everything and even send photos, so that you can see what needs replaced. I will only bring my truck here in the future and it gives me peace of mind knowing I have a reliable place to trust working on my truck.

Always a good experience, Van's recently took over 300 Auto in Wooster and have pick up just as before good service and friendly customer service. They are always my first choice for service.
