Been taking our cars to the North Ridgeville location for years. Our first time at Medina and they treated us just as well as the other location!

I was traveling and had an emergency. Not only did they get me in right away to help me, they let me bring my Kitty in and walk around and were just so kind and made us feel welcome. It was nice knowing I didn't have to stress about my kitty with everything going on, they even played with him. I've never been anywhere that allowed my cat to just walk around freely.

Good, quick service. Our tire repair was at no charge, we actually forgot we had Road hazard, so it was a nice surprise.
