Service was prompt and courteous. My snow tires (that were switched with my regular "passenger" tires, were placed neatly in the rear of my van. The service advisor (I forgot to ask his name) was polite and helpful. He asked me about completing this survey at the time, but my cell phone wouldn't accept the application, so I'm completing it now. My wife and I have used this Van's service center before and we've been pleased with the service and personnel.

Stopped in hit a cone due to construction on center ridge, ripped my undercar shield down. The female at the counter came out and removed the shield for me in the parking lot.
