A friend of mine told me about Van's a few weeks back. I looked at their reviews compared to other auto shops in the North Ridgeville area. Van's was the only shop with one 5 star review after another. This was my second time coming here. The first was to make an inspection appointment (no charge). The second was for the inspection itself. The guys at the front desk were very kind. They didn't try and upsell me on anything I didn't need. They stayed focused on the repair that I was there for. I added an oil change at the last minute. They told their team and it was being worked on at the same time as my front breaks. I arrived at 8am and was out of the shop by 9:30. At the check out point, Van's gave me a $40 off coupon from me total. There's a 3% service fee if paying with a credit card. I actually knew about that upfront from their reminder text about the appointment I had made the night before, so it wasn't a last minute surprise. I did ask a separate question about something entirely different and received an answer right away. I don't typically write reviews, but I thought their service was worth my time to review their service.
