These guys are life savers, they went above and beyond sourcing out parts and staying until after 8:00 - on a Friday night ! I really needed my truck back today to plow snow and they handled it for me, Hats off to the Van's guys. Customer for life !

The shop provided quick and friendly service. They took me in the same day without a appointment, I had a leaking tire and needed it fixed. I will return to them.

This is my 1st experience. W/Company..went to fill air in tires..Had All metal caps couldnt get 1 off..Drove next door to oil change place asking they had tool to unscrew stuck cap..Said not allowed in case broke stem & referred me to Van's couple doors down...All bays were full..very clean & brite waiting room..GEORGE (L?. I lost card) IMMEDIATELY helped me.. Friendly, polite and explained basically how corrosion builds up on a metal cap w/a metal tire stem, hence stuck.. I equated it to a corroding battery.. Therefore , to use plastic caps is a better choice..Further explained that he Will gently & slowly try to remove the cap to avoid damaging tire stem..And HE DID!! He then checked all my tires air pressures, filled the one that I was not able to And applied all new plastic caps I purchased....GEORGE'S friendly & respectful personality & explaining what happens metal on metal made this Senior female feel like a valued customer over a stuck tire stem!!!... I left smiling & happy...while I cant attest to their prices / workmanship..IMO from reviews at variety of locations, customers are happy with services/ employee's...I will keep Van's in mind in future AND request GEORGE if able...
