I cannot say enough great things about the customer service at the North Ridgeville location. I worked with Mike who was beyond helpful and responsive. Mike was able to isolate the problem based on previous work completed by the team at Vans, he spoke with the dealership, arranged to have the correct parts ordered and called my third party warranty company to get the claim started. I will continue to use Van's for all my vehicle repairs and service needs.

I called Vans on Waterloo Rd in Akron…talked to Matt Johnson…this guy was so kind and went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me in quickly the same day…you don’t know how much I appreciated this!! Every time I have went there for service Matt has been exceptional. He is why I keep coming back!!
